FAQs

How do I place a bulk/coporate order?
For all the bulk/corporate orders, please contact hello@airifier.com
Why not use a fancy rigid box instead of a corrugated one when shipping this product?
To begin with, our corrugated box is of excellent quality and has numerous artworks on it. Therefore, it doesn't appear any less elegant. Our goal is packaging that is as environmentally friendly as it can be. We do not like to utilise rigid boxes because they require more paper and a lot of chemicals to manufacture. There is always a more environmentally friendly choice available: corrugated.

Is Ficus Microcarpa a lucky plant?
The Ficus Microcarpa also known as Ficus Ginseng Banaum is considered a lucky plant not only in many cultures but also in Feng Shui as well. Valued for its' lush green foliage and a natural ability to purify air, the Ficus Microcarpa symbolizes growth, abundance and vitality thereby enhancing the overall well-being of the space.
Why is my Ficus microcarpa plant dying?
The most common culprit behind a dying Ficus Microcarpa is over-watering. This plant cannot tolerate standing water, as it leads to root rot. Ensure you check the soil moisture before watering or use Ugaoo's Sustee watermeter for a more straightforward solution to know when your plant needs watering.
How long do Ficus microcarpa live?
Optimal growing conditions and proper care contribute to the life span of the Ficus Microcarpa plant, especially since some varieties live for more than 50 years. Consistent temperature and humidity levels are key factors in ensuring its longevity.
Can Ficus Microcarpa be in direct sunlight?
No! direct sunlight can be too harsh for the Ficus Microcarpa potentially causing the leaves to scorch and dry out. The Microcarpa will be the happiest if placed in a spot where it receives bright, indirect light; a window sill with filtered light is the safest bet!
Why are the leaves on my Ficus Microcarpa turning brown and falling off?
Underwatering is the reason your Ficus Microcarpa leaves are browning and falling off. Your plant will thrive with a regular watering routine. Keep an eye on the top 1-2 inches of soil and water when it feels dry to the touch. Here Ugaoo's Sustee watermeter will help you keep the moisture level in check!
