CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
  • To cancel, contact us at hello@airifier.com with your order number
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Contact hello@airifier.com with your order details and reason for return

Damaged Products:

  • Report damaged products within 24 hours of delivery at hello@airifier.com
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Once approved, the replacement will be delivered within 7 business days
  • No charges for return shipping of damaged products

Return & Exchange:

  • Return requests must be approved before sending the product back
  • Once approved, the exchange or replacement will be delivered within 10 business days
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged/defective products)

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Refund timeline may vary based on your bank/payment provider
  • Orders accepted without complaint within 24 hours of delivery cannot be refunded

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery (unless damaged)
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)

How to Initiate Return/Refund:

  1. Email hello@airifier.com within the specified timeframe
  2. Include order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Await approval before shipping the product back
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed
